Job Description: Service Coordinator in Panama office
The objective of Service Coordinator is to provide first-level telephone and chat attention and comprehensive support related to the different lines of business and products offered by VUMI and affiliates.
This role helps between internal teams and agents to ensure timely and successful service delivery, providing administrative support to improve the customer experience. The service coordinator will collaborate closely with the Account Managers, Sales and Operations team to achieve a high percentage of resolution of general business queries upon first contact.
Main responsibilities: Answer clients phone calls according to guidelines and attend mailboxes and keep queries received up to date.
Requisitos
- Bilingual, proficiency in English and Spanish. Portuguese is an additional (plus)
- Experience in the health insurance industry.
- Experience handling phone calls.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, assertive and well articulated.
- Capacity for teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Skilled with Microsoft Office programs.
