• Ensure emails are answered in a timely and professional manner.
• Answer calls based on our quality standards.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment, with sense of urgency
• Send VOB/GOP to the facility, confirm receipt, and all are coordinated, insured go to go.
• Facility not in network, contact facility to try to coordinate direct billing, if issues arise, involve provider relations.
• Connect with the medical facilities to secure billing is accepted.
• Follow up on urgent requests.
• Follow up on documentation (medical records, bills, etc.)
• Follow up on requests regarding the information needed from a facility.
• Create a good rapport with providers in the network and outside the network (grow our network base
• Team will take additional administrative tasks for Travel Assistance (Assist +Case Management). MR, MRF, etc.
• Work closely with Case Management and Account Management
• Maintain and update provider and contact database.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
